Digital assets, leverage, perpetual contracts and automatic copy trading may cause total capital loss in a short time, or additional obligations. Users should make independent judgments, set risk limits and use only funds they can afford to lose.
AI and data limitations
AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, delayed or inconsistent conclusions. Public APIs, page recognition, candles, funding rates and open-interest data may be unavailable or differ from final exchange data. Analysis must not be treated as a certain trading signal.
Third-party services
Exchanges, TradingView, CoinPayments, AI providers, networks and browser-extension platforms are third parties. Their outages, rate limits, rule changes, account restrictions, blockchain congestion, fees and security incidents are outside Qanvion’s control.
Automation and webhooks
Webhooks may be duplicated, delayed, out of order or lost. Use unique event identifiers and inspect activity. TradingView reception records events and does not automatically create trading instructions. Any future automatic execution would require explicit user configuration and acceptance of risk.
No return guarantee
Historical performance, backtests, win rates, confidence scores and examples do not predict future results. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, fitness for a particular purpose or avoidance of loss.
Liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, the platform disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from market changes, user configuration, third-party services, network interruption, credential exposure or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
User acknowledgment
By registering, paying or continuing to use the service, users acknowledge the disclosed risks and their independent responsibility for trading decisions, tax filings, account compliance and third-party terms.
