Scope and operator
This policy explains how Qanvion collects, uses, retains, discloses and protects personal information. Privacy inquiries may be sent to the contact address published by the service.
Information processed
We may process registration email, username, password hashes, sessions, IP address, browser identifiers, audit records, subscriptions, payment orders, Access-Key usage, extension installation identifiers, analysis requests, TradingView alerts and exchange API credentials supplied by users. Passwords are not stored in plaintext; exchange credentials, AI keys and payment secrets are encrypted on the server.
Purposes
Information is used for authentication, security, copy-trading and analysis functions, quota calculation, payments and renewals, service notices, troubleshooting, abuse audits, legal obligations and service improvement. We do not sell personal information for advertising unrelated to the service.
Third parties and cross-border processing
Necessary information may be sent to user-selected exchanges, CoinPayments, configured AI providers, email providers and infrastructure vendors, which may operate outside Japan. We apply data minimization and ask users to understand third-party terms and cross-border transfer risks before enabling features.
Retention
Account, subscription, payment and audit records are retained as required for business and legal obligations. Expired sessions, installations, analysis records and webhook events follow security, dispute-resolution and plan requirements. When no longer required, data is deleted, anonymized or securely archived.
Security measures
Measures include access control, administrator two-factor authentication, key encryption, least privilege, signature validation, idempotency, audit logs, backups and recovery. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their passwords, Access-Keys, API credentials and devices.
User rights
Where applicable law permits, users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw non-essential consent. Some transaction, audit or compliance records may need to be retained for legal obligations.
Cookies and local storage
The service uses secure session cookies. The extension uses browser local storage for preferences, session tokens and analysis caches. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login or extension operation.
Updates and contact
Material changes will be communicated through versioned pages and appropriate notices. Where legally required, consent will be requested again.
Storage on this brand website
This website adds no advertising, marketing pixels or third-party analytics. Language is URL-based; contact forms prepare emails without site storage. Login and registration submit to the existing Japan SaaS, which manages accounts and sessions. Hosting may process necessary access logs; specific retention remains to be confirmed.
