Eligibility
Users must have legal capacity to contract and provide a genuine, valid email address capable of receiving notices. Impersonation, abusive bulk registration, quota evasion and unlawful use from restricted jurisdictions are prohibited.
Accounts and security
Each user owns their configurations, plan and Access-Key. Passwords must contain at least eight characters, including uppercase, lowercase and numbers. Protect sessions, Authenticator, Access-Keys and exchange credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.
Plans and AI credits
Starter, Pro and Business have different resource allowances, daily AI safeguards and monthly AI credits. Each successful analysis costs one credit; failed or server-cancelled requests do not. Credits reset by plan cycle and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, do not roll over and have no cash value.
Payment and activation
Paid plans use hosted CoinPayments checkout. Benefits activate or extend only when CoinPayments confirms the invoice as Completed. Pending and Paid do not represent completed delivery. Crypto prices, network fees, confirmation times and refunds are subject to relevant network and payment-service rules.
Term and renewal
Plans are fixed-term prepaid and do not automatically debit crypto wallets. Users must renew before expiry. The service may downgrade an expired account to Starter without deleting data required for legal or business purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, system intrusion, access-control evasion, key theft, malicious webhooks or violations of exchange, TradingView, CoinPayments or applicable legal requirements.
Suspension and termination
Security risks, overdue payments, sanctions or legal risks, and serious abuse may lead to suspension of accounts, Access-Keys, payments or execution. Discontinuing use does not remove existing payment, trading, audit or dispute-resolution obligations.
Changes and precedence
Plans, prices and features may change with markets, vendors or regulations. Paid periods generally follow purchase-time terms. Where order-specific or refund terms conflict with this agreement, more specific and legally valid terms prevail.
